Text Messaging (SMS) Services
If you respond to an invitation to text us by sending the designated keyword to our short code, 26398, or if you sign up to receive text alerts through one of our forms, you are opting in to our text messaging program. Through this program you may receive messages related to events, registrations, ministry updates, reminders, and similar communications you have requested.
- Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to 26398. After you send "STOP," we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up the same way you did the first time, and we will resume sending messages to you.
- Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected] or 806-457-4900.
- Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Rates and frequency. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you by us and to us by you. Message frequency varies depending on the type of alerts you select. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
- Authorization. You warrant that you are authorized to request that text messages be sent to the phone number you supply.
- Privacy. For information about how we handle text messaging data, please read our Privacy Policy.

Applicable Law and General Information

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Potter County, Texas for any claim or dispute against Hillside Christian Church arising under these Terms of Use.
