Arriving For The First Time

On your first visit, make your way to the First Time Guest Area in the lobby outside of the auditorium. Here, one of our team members will greet you, help you make your way into the main service or to the Kids area if you have children, and answer any questions you may have. We have a secure check-in and check-out system for all of our Kids, so if you have children plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early so we can walk you through that process and lead you to your child’s classroom.

Checking In Kids & Students

Parents need to check in their kids (birth - 5th Grade) before service. Once your child is registered for the first time, you will simply have to enter your phone number into one of the check-in kiosks (we have self serve or assisted stations) and it will print a name tag for your child as well as a corresponding pick-up ticket. This ticket must be presented to your child’s classroom leader at the end of the service.
